More about QPADD™

The QPADD™is a fully contained semi-rugged computer system capable of housing and powering user devices of up to 55W.  Its dual-core ATOM® processor running Windows XP Embedded with 2GB of RAM is mated to a 10.4” touch screen with 1024×768 resolution that is viewable in most lighting conditions making the product fully capable in a multitude of user environments.

The QPADD™ was conceived and designed by QRC Technologies to address the lack of such devices in the marketplace, especially something with the support for high-data rate buses (such as GbE) capable of powering a peripheral requiring more than 5W of power. As is often the case, necessity is the mother of invention and the product was fundamentally created to be the basis for QRC’s future cellular survey products.  However, knowing many others out there face similar challenges, QRC designed the QPADD™ to be flexible and useful for a wide variety of other applications.

Grace Park Church, Durham, NC, contracted Shawn Magee Design to create their new church website. This website was built on a content management system (CMS) to allow church employees & volunteers to easily update the content of the website. Shawn Magee Design has produced many different print pieces for Grace Park Church over the past few years. Below is an example of a “Grace Card” that has been recently produced to accompany the new website unveiling.
