Brett Moffitt wins the Overton’s 225 with SMD designed Fr8Auctions Paint Scheme

Brett Moffitt helps put Fr8Auctions & SMD in victory lane for the first time.  After picking up sponsorship from Fr8Auctions and Northland Foundations Inc. midweek, Moffitt took the No. 16 HRE team to victory lane with a last-lap pass for the lead to secure his fourth career NASCAR Camping World Truck Series (NCWTS) victory. Moffitt’s triumph in Friday night’s Overton’s 225 is the third for HRE and the team’s second win in the last three races.

 

 

Fr8Auctions owner, Marcus Barela, called SMD owner, Shawn Magee, the evening before the truck was to be loaded up to head for Chicagoland with an near impossible mission. SMD quickly worked up a paint scheme that best represented the Fr8Auctions brand and laid out the paint scheme. Due to the timing, the No.16 truck only received decal graphics as there was not enough time to print a full wrap and have enough dry time before the truck left for Chicagoland the next day. As the Hattori Racing Enterprises team traveled to Chicago, SMD burned the midnight oils to create a series of social graphics for the No. 16 & Fr8Auctions team to use to boost social interest.
