NASCAR Paint Scheme Design for the #36 of Matt Tifft in the Coca-Cola 600

SMD was approached by Statesville, NC based Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series team, Front Row Motorsports to create a custom paint scheme design for the #36 of series rookie, Matt Tifft for the iconic Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway. The paint scheme design features a very strong patriotic presence with the American flag and subtle camo pattern throughout the design. Surface Products also decided to let SMD take a bolder approach on how their brand appears on the back side of the car with the large oversizes “S” icon in teal.

The Coca-Cola 600 is a special race for fans and members of the NASCAR community alike. The entire race is dedicated to the brave service men & women who gave the ultimate sacrifce to ensure our freedom in the USA. Each car lists a fallen soldier and represents all branches of the U.S. Military. Matt Tifft’s No. 36 Surface Sunscreen/Tunity TV Ford will pay tribute to Carrollton, Virginia native U.S. Army Special Forces Sgt. 1st Class Joshua “Zach” Beale this Memorial Day weekend. SFC Beale was killed on January 22, 2019 in Uruzgan Province, Afghanistan, while conducting combat operations. He was assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
